Dr. Jeff White

Dr. White has 20 years of educational experience and it has been his vision to be a servant-leader who is caring, reflective, competent and knowledgeable of the learning process and who is prepared to meet the challenges of education in the twenty-first century. As a highly effective school leader, he is exceedingly skilled in leadership, management, and policy development. In addition, the training that he has had throughout his career allows him to be a school leader who can guide a school community into developing a shared vision and a common purpose for the overall advancement of the school. Additionally, he is a servant-leader who can collaborate with all members of the school community; who can motivate students and staff to perform at high levels of learning; and who can create a sense of trust and mutual respect.

Through his work as a Teacher, Vice-Principal, Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Principal/School Leader and Chief School Administrator, he has developed a servant-leadership style that values student achievement; continuous school improvement; students becoming contributing members of society; professional development as an important part of school improvement; the importance of diversity in the educational setting; and using ethical principles throughout all decision-making processes. 

Dr. White is completely committed to working with our students, who are future leaders, teachers and staff, parents/families, our Board of Trustees, and the community-at-large to ensure that each and every student receives a high-quality education in order to maximize their fullest potential and to ensure that we create the conditions that unlock the greatness in each and every AULCS student.
