The Academy  For Urban Leadership annual student awards ceremony (AULASAC) is an annual event that honors high school scholars. It is held at the annual awards celebration of Scholars and recognizes student achievements in leadership, campus involvement, service, and academics. The ceremony brings together students and staff to share stories of success and perseverance.

We highlight the diverse talents and skills of our scholars. From academic achievements to Student government, NHS, Fashion Show organizing & participation, Business & Technology Clubs, Yearbook, Audio/Video, and the 21^st-century community learning center. Student end-of-the-year awards showcase the unique abilities that each student brings to the learning community.
