Advanced Track Program

 The Need for Advanced Tracks in the Academies:

Each Advanced Track offers a small learning community (SLC) where students are afforded the opportunity of a more personalized learning experience. Students explore their given field through project based inquiry. Students take successive courses that lead to a concentration in their given field.

Application Requirements

  • A minimum of 75% in all classes
  • Student resume (academic awards., extracurricular activities, volunteer experiences)
  • Teacher recommendation letters
  • STEM (1 Math and 1 Science) /Humanities (1 Social Studies and 1 ELA)/ Business (1 Math and 1 World Language) Law and Public Safety (1 Social Studies and 1 ELA)
  • Responses to short answer questions
