Academy for Urban Leadership Charter School offers a competitive and comprehensive benefit package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, HRA, Group Term Life Insurance and New Jersey Teachers' Pension and Annuity Fund (TPAF).

Eligible employees may elect to participate in a medical plan with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Dental plan with Delta dental, and vision plan with VSP.

Full-time eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the New Jersey Teachers' Pension and Annuity Fund (TPAF). In addition, employees may choose to participate in retirement savings plans.
